Short version. The Connection Profile is a digital product. You can cancel before you download your report, at no charge. You can ask for a full refund within fourteen days of buying it, for any reason at all, by writing to me — you do not have to explain yourself. If a report never arrives or comes out wrong, I will regenerate it and send it again.
