Short version. Most of what is held about you is what you typed into a form. The site counts visits in a way that does not use cookies and does not identify you. Embedded players set their own cookies once you interact with them. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising.
One thing worth naming plainly, because it is easy to miss: if you take one of the assessments, your scores are used to work out which of the three connections is narrowest for you, and that result is stored against your email address so that what I send you next is relevant. That is the only inference drawn about anyone here, and you can ask me to remove it.
